My thanks to everyone from the club that showed up to weed and spread compost on the display bed. The bed looks great and having all the help made the work go fast.

This summer we will be submitting a request to the Hemerocallis society to register our display bed as an AHS display garden. Having the garden looking good will help when the bed is inspected.

I would also like to express my thanks to Pat B., Leslie and Cory for all the work that they have done to clean up the hosta display bed.

Many clubs struggle to get members to help with tasks like this. I am happy and proud that our SMDHS members came together to make quick work of the display bed this weekend.
