The Southern Maine Daylily and Hosta Society (SMDHS) is a not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to promote and educate the gardening public about dayliles and hosta.
SMDHS is affiliated with both the American Hemerocallis Society and the American Hosta Society.
SMDHS meets throughout the year from March through December. Meetings include social gatherings, garden tours, presentations by daylily and hybridizers and club sales and auctions.
Meetings allow you to meet other gardeners from our region who share a passion for daylilies and hostas. Members share their knowledge and expertise on daylilies, hostas and other gardening plants. Our meetings are fun, entertaining and informative.
